This is a small hotel of Foodking Sarathbabu located in Chennai. I was surprised to see the front projection. Looked like an encroachment. I thought Sarath sermons on clean India etc. and in his business it is like this. It is not a big crime in business, I am sure. (supporters of Sarath, do not rush to execute me .... but see the issue in proper perspective and get his explanations first. I am ready to apologize if what he has done is allowed as per corporation/municipal laws, the body he dreams to head !! !!) But, when a guy sermons thousands of people that he is like a messiah and says he wants to give clean governance, it is important that he must be really clean with out any speck of aberration. When you say the current politicians are corrupt, should we not do clean business??
I wanted to vote for him. But before that I wanted to first check whether this is encroachment or properly allowed practice and posted this picture in Sarathbabu's Mayor election page in facebook. No answers ...... to my horror, with out giving proper answer, his team removed the photo in no time !!!! He was interested in knowing who am I, rather than answering a public question publicly !!!!
I am much more saddened with this act of cover up !!!! Who knows, if it is wrong, they might even remove the front shamiana before voting day with out even an apology !
I appreciate his toils, efforts and hard work to reach BITS pilani, IIMA etc from a humble background. But today, gentle man you have lost my respect. Very sad.
I hope other educated change-makers take a lesson and set their homes right before asking for vote in the name of clean governance
your title (surprise in chennai mayor election 2011) shows your intention. your label for search further confirms it; you are desperate to defame sarathbabu. did you bother to seek an explanation directly from his office rather than trying a cheap publicity like this? posting in public forums is not the way you find solution. that is the last resort if approaching the relevant individuals directly (not publicly) does not work. You have created a profile just to spread this in different places further shows how desperate you guys have become...

ReplyDelete1. His mayor site has more than one admin. His site was created to bring publicity to his candidature. It was not meant to bring arguements of this nature in public. You may try raising any of the corrupt issues of the parties in whose page you have posted and see if they discuss such things in public
2. I do not know who deleted the post - But I believe deletion of such unwarranted arguements at this point in time is the best thing to do.
3. IAC is a forum meant for discussing this - well you have to ask this question to IAC admins.
4. you have a facebook page to discuss - Friend, you have to ask these questions in one of the pages he has (many profiles) and not in the page created to provide him with publicity for elections. If you believe you want an answer, seek answer in positive way - your intention seem to be to create negative publicity for him.
5. ignorance of law is not an excuse - come on, have a heart!! He has clarified that it is within the norms. However he is willing to face the law should there be any violation identified - what else do you need?
Do you believe posting in the other pages is the right thing to do? If you are really sincere in knowing the truth the fastest thing to do is to approach his office or go in person and find out. I am still not able to comprehend the motive behind being a political one - If it is not political, the method you have chosen is highly unethical and condemnable.
